Yes, but you need root access to both the cPanel&WHM server and DirectAdmin server.
We offer a free migration service for DirectAdmin, my recommendation is to use that so if there are any snags we can work on those as we encounter them. You can learn more at cPanel Migration Services - cPanel Inc.
If you want to attempt things yourself, you could use the transfers section in WHM, but I personally recommend the migration service - it's pretty nifty.
