Migrating Accounts to New VPS Question

Hello
I am on a vps and I have to deploy the trial version of cpanel and I intend to take a license within a few days, and I want to know: by migrating to another private server will I have a total preservation of my data ? and by deploying cpanel again on my new vps, will I keep my license? since the vps we are currently using is only for testing.

1. cPanel licenses are IP-based so you will keep your active license if you are using the same IP address. If the new VPS uses a different IP address, then you should reach out to your license provider ([email protected] if directly through cPanel) to request a change to the licensed IP address.
