    Dear Friends,

I'm trying to migrate some cpanel accounts to another cpanel server where I don't have root access, so I'm doing it manually.

I've already done such kind of migrations without issues, but now, after creating the email accounts on the new server and replacing the etc folder by the old one with the client passwords, emails stop arriving to their destination.

The sender server gives the following error:

    SMTP>> MAIL FROM:<xx@gmail.com> SIZE=1935
    SMTP>> RCPT TO:<xx@digitalss.com>
    SMTP>> DATA
    SMTP<< 250 OK
SMTP<< 451 Temporary local problem - please try later
SMTP<< 503-All RCPT commands were rejected with this error:
503-Temporary local problem - please try later
503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA
    SMTP>> QUIT
    LOG: MAIN
== xx@digitalss.com R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (-44): SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<xx@digitalss.com>: host mail.digitalss.com [74.xx.1x.1xx]: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

Anyone had already this problem before?
I've tried with another account and got the same issue...

    Regards,
    David D.

You get that error if the domain is not in /etc/localdomains

Go to cPanel-> Mail-> MX Entry
and check that "Email Routing" is set "Local Mail Exchanger".
