It is not possible to migrate domains hosted on Direct Admin to cPanel. You can migrate the domains to cPanel manually.

You can use the WHM account transfer function for this. Choose "Remote server type" as DA.

That is incorrect. We have had a migration tool for DA for a while.

    Hi David,

I couldn't find this account transfer function. Could you tell me where it is? Is it only available for root account? I'm only a reseller..
    My CPanel/WHM version: cPanel 11.24.4-S36281 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9.

I'm also currently trying to migrate my clients' email accounts from DA to CPANEL.

    TIA

It's not possible to transfer accounts to cPanel from DA without root access. Please check Third Prerequisites for migration at :cPanel Migration Services - cPanel Inc.

Without root access to both servers, you will be unable to use the built-in migration tool.

If you don't have root access, I can still help you migrate the accounts.

Contact me by private message ;)

I am currently trying to migrate a DA account, but I am getting this error message, after a process that seemed to be successful:

    Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home loaded cpmove-conedure/cp/conedure)? Transfer Error
    Account Restore Failed
