What would be the best way to go about migrating emails from an old courier email set up to dovecot on cPanel?

If you are using cPanel & wish to migrate from courier to dovecot, tick the box which says Convert Mailbox Format. Convert mailbox settings file format to new mail server's format during migration. When checked, the settings files for each mailbox will be converted into the format for the new mail server. This includes information about read messages, mailbox subscriptions, etc. Unchecking this box will cause your clients to lose their mailbox settings but will speed up the migration.
This option is available at Service Configuration >> Mailserver Selection in WHM as root.

My apologies. I didn't explain this well enough. I moving from a non-cpanel courier server to a cpanel dovecot server.
Is it as simple as moving the contents of the old new and cur folders to cpanel?
