Migrating individual accounts from Plesk

I am looking for a tool that can help me to migrate one account currently hosted in a Plesk server so while searching I found this thread

Note: the examples in this guide use the root account for logging into via scp. This is for demonstration purposes only. Logging in as root is a poor security practice. You should use an unprivileged account when copying data between 2 servers...

but according to it I need SSH access to the source server.
Isn't there another option?

I'm aware that migrating from Cpanel to Cpanel requires SSH access, so i'd imagine Plesk to Cpanel being the same.

You can migrate from plesk using the transfer tool but you'd need SSH access for that as well. If you have the backup of the account you can restore it using the rest of the instructions provided in the tutorial after the conversion is complete, in some cases you can ask the provider for assistance with this.

Do you have SSH access, I believe you are a WHM user. So you should probably have SSH access to cPanel. I am not sure about Plesk. Let me do some research and come back..
