    Greetings all

*WARNING*I am a complete noob when it comes to Cpanel.

I am trying to migrate a clients web and email to a new host. I have sent the request from the new host but the Cpanel gives me this error message.

How would i go about achieving this?
    Many Thanks

    Hello :)

What method are you using to transfer the account? The output you provided suggests you should update the name servers at the domain registrar so they point to the new server, and to make sure the MX record uses a hostname that resolves to the new server's IP address.

    Thank you.

You could consult with your hosting provider if you purchased the domain name through them. Or, review your email to see where you purchased the domain name from.

    Thank you.
