We are in the process of moving a fair number of single domains and reseller domains from a Plesk 2.5.5 server to a cPanel/WHM 6.4.2 server.
The problem stems in the qmail to exim transfer. After using WHM's copy function for getting the accounts off of the Plesk server, neither users, their mail, nor the mail directories do not show up on the cPanel server!

I am not fluent in Perl, so I don't understand the backup script in it's entirety but I do get most of it. It seems however that when the script is packaging the mail directories on the cpanel server up, the mail is not included.

When it _does_ get included, how are the is the mail imported from MailDir format to mailbox (? Exim documentation is rather vague) format?

I am also having the same problem.

Could someone at least address this problem and let me know if its just not possible to do this or if there may be a fix. Thank you!

we too have a migration situation qmail -> cpanel/exim and i just cannot find any answers, only questions.
cpanel/whm documentation is limited to end-user docs.
    where does one find answers?
