Migration Problem

    we have reseller on other server without root password , while im trying to copy account using password on WHM restoration will fail!

    Make sure that the permission of the file /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf is 644.

    Try suspending the account on the current server and then transfering again.

    account is not created on this server , and permission for httpd.conf -> 0777 !

    I mean suspend the account on the server where your are transfering from and not on the server you are transfering to.

    after suspending FTP login will fail

    Make a home directory backup of the site with cpanel, download that, suspend the account on the old server and load it on the new one, if you have a forum or other dynamic database writing scripts, disable it for 10minutes.

    put the backup in /home/ and then uses whm to install/expand it. It will work I have done it many times.

    nothing changed !!! i can retrieve data from another server but this server ....
