Migration problems from Plesk

Hello,
i testing to migrate Accounts from Plesk 11 to cPanel (latest)

But i found this error/mistakes:

1.
Cpanel creates a subdomain: httpdocs.*porteddomain.com*
with document root: /public_html/*www.porteddomain.com*

why needed?plesk uses httpdocs as document-root directory (in cpanel is this public_html !)
and the migrationtool duplicates the content of user in this new created folders:
/public_html/*www.porteddomain.com*
and
in root of ftp: "httpdocs"

2. cPanel imports the maindomain with www as Addon-Domain ?

3. cPanel dont import Subdomains (not avaible in Sub-, Addon-, parked domains and redirects)

4. In user Account, this error are listed:

Magic number checking on storable file failed at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.2/x86_64-linux/Storable.pm line 414, at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeStorable.pm line 69

5. Must i pay for Cpanel Support-Requests?
Because i ordered my license over known reseller, they told me,
that i must pay for future support-tickets, if i contact cPanel directly .?

My provider was LicensePal, who wants charges for support-tickets that you opened directly in cPanel.
The provider can see your opened tickets, so they count your tickets..
