I currently have CPanel cloud server with an OnApp powered provider and was wondering if it is
possible to have a mirrored server solution like the one described on this picture: http://is.gd/JHZS6g

My idea is to have cloud servers in different locations and sync the content, so in case a networking
connectivity problem occurs I can change the main IP on the Incapsula Website Firewall service I manage.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

Have you searched the forums here? Because this topic comes up often and there are a number of posts asking the same and some with solutions.
This is not natively built into cPanel (the software), and requires additional setup and configuration in Linux. Searching the forums, I found the following:

    Mirroring cPanel
Clustering / Failover, identical mirroring of servers. Linux CentOS
    Backup/Mirror server
    Using two servers
    Cluster Setup Help Needed

There are also a few Feature Requests you may consider voting for.

Server configuration and data auto-sync (mirroring)
    Active-Active Redundancy or High-availability
