I'm missing a few WHM menu items for instance under the Security tab (scan for trojan horses, and quick security scan) are missing. This is from root not reseller. The server runs FreeBSD 5.5 stable, 11.15.0-CURRENT-17659, WHM X 3.1.0.

    Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you are using the 'x' theme

First, clear your browser's cache to rule out any client-side issues.

If that doesn't work, try going to WHM -> cPanel -> Upgrade to Latest Version, check Force a reinstall even if the system is update to date. and proceed. This should fix the problem you are experiencing.

If that doesn't work after the setup has completed and you cleared your browser's cache again - submit a support ticket so someone can have a look at that for you.

Unfortunately that did not work, and modsecurity is not showing again either so I will create a ticket. Thanks for the help.

    Nevermind.

The items missing in the Security menu are Linux specific and are not supposed to display on FreeBSD systems.
