Hi,

One of my servers was shut down by the data centre due to a vulnerability with the firmware.

I setup an new server and restored the following using R1Soft :

/home
/var/lib/mysql
/usr/local/apache/conf
/var/cpanel
/usr/local/cpanel
/var/named
/var/spool/cron

and the following files in /etc

secondarymx domainalias valiases vfilters exim* proftpd* pure-ftpd* passwd* group* *domain* *named* wwwacct.conf cpupdate.conf quota.conf shadow* *rndc* ips* ipaddrpool* ssl

Some of the accounts are visible in WHM account list but some are not.

The accounts that are not listed in WHM account list do have /home and MySQL data bases present.

My question - is there a way to add these accounts to the account list or is this not possible?

Hello :)

The method you used to restore your server is not supported. Do you have cPanel backups of your account generated that can be restored on the new server? Account backup archives contain all data necessary to restore the accounts on a new server.

Thank you.
