    Hello,

After a server upgrade, i can't seem to find some accounts on my WHM list accounts.

Trying to create a new account, i get 'Account Creation Status: failed A database owner with the name failed'

    Can anyone help?
    Thanks

    Hello,

Could you let us know of any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the "List Accounts" option in Web Host Manager, and when attempting to create a new account?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to this server, or do you purchase reseller hosting from a hosting provider? If you do not have root access, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look.

    Thank you.

Yes i have root access to the server. It's my VPS.
My hosting provider raised a ticket with cpanel, but i'm yet to get response, their support is not so good.

Thanks, I see the support ticket was just opened. I'll monitor this support ticket and update this thread with the outcome once it's solved.

    Thank you.
