Missing domain from View Bandwidth Usage in WHM

I've got a strange problem here. Basically an account has a number of addon domains on it, which all list their respective bandwidth's correctly when viewing bandwidth usage in cPanel.

The problem is that when you click "View Bandwidth Usage" in WHM as root or the reseller that owns the account, and you scroll down to the username that owns the addon domains and click the plus symbol to expand the addon and sub domains, one of the addon domains that is visible in cPanel is missing from this list.

I can't find where WHM is looking for a list of domains to display for each user. I can't understand why cPanel itself knows the domain is there, but WHM does not.

Does anybody know what might be going on here, or where the relevant configuration files are stored so I can fix it up?

Thanks!

Just thought I'd post an update.

A ticket has been submitted to cPanel, and they have suggested I make sure that the /var/cpanel/users/username file was correct, and had the domain listed. They also said to check /etc/userdomains and run /scripts/updateuserdomains.

Unfortunately none of that helped, so we're back at square one :)

Go on, have a guess
Have you tried running:

/scripts/updateuserdomains

And made sure that it doesn't report any errors?

If it's fine, I'd have cPanel login and investigate the issue if it's working fine via the cPanel user but not through WHM.
