One of my clients isn't getting all of her eMail.

When some of her contacts send her messages they never arrive. No error message, nothing.

Those same contacts can send to her alternative eMail @earthlink.net.

My client get eMails from others with no problems.

What might be mis-configured. What can I do to troubleshoot?

    God Bless,
    Oscar

I'm getting a similar problem. When certain places send emails to our servers, they get lost. However, if we have them send an email to an alternate address on a different server, it goes through immediately.

Any suggestions? This is a huge problem, as a client hasn't been receiving some vital emails!

all hair on floor next to me. Fixed mine. Noticed central-filter bypass in logs. Deleted their /etc/vfilters/domain.com and mail restored in my case. filters files were not working. See if that domain has one with a file size over zero.

Thanks for the suggestion, but didn't seem to solve the problem for us... any more suggestions?

Have one domain with the same/similar problem. Certain inbound email never gets to the intended mailbox. Going to look into the "fix" posted here but otherwise I'm at a loss.

The same thing is happening to me now. In the above fix, all my files are at 0 so this doesn't seem to work for me. Hmm.
