Missing Icons after upgrade, rebuild_sprites not working

Hello,

Upgrade to the latest CURRENT version today and RVsitebuilder, RVskin, Softaculious, Installatron etc have gone, tried the usual /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_sprites and re-registering them but still nothing, have also done a force update.

Is it just a problem with my system or problem with the new build... did notice CURRENT is the same as EDGE

I have no idea, I opened this 3 days ago and no one wishes to give any pointers...


does anyone know how to resolve this?

I forgot to add its just the x3 theme
Are you using a customized style or branding package for X3?

Please submit a support request for this issue so that we can investigate with precision; direct access is necessary so that an accurate diagnosis can be formed and proper investigation procedures may take place. I concur, we are getting this exact same thing too, and no we are not using a customized style. Currently using:

cPanel 11.25.0-R43252 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
REDHAT Enterprise 5.4

I also have a problem with the More menu on the Email Accounts page no longer working. Thus, none of our hosted members have access to WebMail via their cPanel, we have received over 20 support calls about this just today!

By the way, I also tried running the following and this did not help to bring back our cPanel icons:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_sprites

We are trying a force reinstall now, if this does not work I guess we'll submit a pile of trouble tickets to cPanel.net

We are trying a force reinstall now, if this does not work I guess we'll submit a pile of trouble tickets to cPanel.net
When known, please advise if a forced upcp did or did not help to alleviate any of the symptoms. If a support request is submitted please let me know your ticket ID number so I may follow-up internally. We are very much interested in ensuring such issues are fully resolved. Thank you. :)

Also, upon deleting an email account I get "AJAX error, refresh the page and try again", however the account is actually deleted when the page is refreshed.

Is there any way all this will be fixed by Monday?

Like above nothing has been touched, just updated cpanel a week ago, went to use fantastico and noticed it was gone and did use it a few days before

I have resolved this problem but its very strange for it to happen in the first place...

I manually looked through all accounts in the account list at the theme section and noticed most were saying X3, RVBLUE but also some said UNKNOWN.. I simply click on the "username" section to bring up the account limits and theme settings and just choose X3 and saved, once I did all the accounts every account started showing the icons again.
