    Hello Everyone,

I have a problem that's been puzzling me, and I'd appreciate someone helping me out.

I have a reseller account, using whm and cpanel.
I have about five domains set up. All of them work fine, except one.

As soon as I log in to the cpanel for this one account, I get all sorts of missing images, and eventually I just get error pages. After this, all of my cpanels don't work, and my whm doesn't work, for about 5 or 10 minutes. Then all the other accounts are fine. If I try the cpanel for the 'problem' account, everything goes crazy again.

Not sure if this is important, but the only difference in the domains is that the 'problem' domain begins with a number, all the others begin with letters.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening before?

    Thank you,

    david

Try changing the theme on the one account. If that doesn't work then delete the account and re-create it.

    worked!.....for 1 night

Ok, now I'm really lost. The delete the account thing worked for 1 night. Now everything's been going crazy.

Beginning to think it's related to China's Great Firewall. It has a tendency to just mess up the internet in general.
    I'm located in Shanghai.

also, I checked www.dnsreport.com for my domain (88shanghai.com) and it crashed out too. That can't be a good sign, can it?

anyone's help is appreciated, but maybe everyone is just as stumped as I am?
