Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers ?

    I'm a reseller and i've been using cpanel for a year. The problem is when i'm changing my account's domain to a new domain, the name server couldn't resolve well. This is what I've done:

    1. From domain panel, i've changed my nameserver from & to &
    2. From domain panel, i've changed my child name server from & to & with the same IP values.
    3. I've reset the DNS Zone for
    4. I've created A Record for and with the same IP value.

    I'm checking from intoDNS, and this is what i got: /
    Does anybody have a clue for my problem? thanks before.

    It looks like that domain name is now resolving well. It's possible the changes had not yet propagated when you first experienced the issue.
