I'm a reseller and i've been using cpanel for a year. The problem is when i'm changing my account's domain to a new domain, the name server couldn't resolve well. This is what I've done:

1. From domain panel, i've changed my nameserver from ns1.olddomain.com & ns2.olddomain.com to ns1.newdomain.com & ns2.newdomain.com.
2. From domain panel, i've changed my child name server from ns1.olddomain.com & ns2.olddomain.com to ns1.newdomain.com & ns2.newdomain.com with the same IP values.
3. I've reset the DNS Zone for newdomain.com.
4. I've created A Record for ns1.newdomain.com and ns2.newdomain.com with the same IP value.

I'm checking from intoDNS, and this is what i got: /http://intodns.com/ianbudi.com.
Does anybody have a clue for my problem? thanks before.

Hello :)

It looks like that domain name is now resolving well. It's possible the changes had not yet propagated when you first experienced the issue.

Thank you.
