I hope someone can help explain why in my service configuration area I don't see the PHP Configurarion Manager?

Reading threads like this one would suggest it's a reseller account. But, this is a dedicated server, logged in with the root user.

Can anyone explain why I don't see the manager please?

I can't. Nor can I tell if you're logged in as root from the image. Here's what I see as root at WebHost Manager > Service Configuration:

If you're on v58, and EA4, the 'PHP Configurarion Manager' is no longer applicable. You'll adjust it via the MultiPHP Manager and MultiPHP INI Editor.

    I hope this helps!
