Missing the free hostname SSL certificate

please help, I just installed the cpanel server yesterday, but my server didn't get free SSL from the cpanel for hostname (2087, 2083), every time I open the login page, the SSL status is still self signed. Why? if it doesn't get free ssl from cpanel, at least how to install ssl letsencrypt for hostname?
