Missing utilities_container.js and problem in loading WHM interface

Hello it is the 3rd day that i have problem opening m,y server WHM interface

i tried using net tab of firebug
and i found out that there is a missing or .... JS file that prevent my WHM interface load

i just have leftside-menu and don't have any content in any section in WHM

here i the missing file path
/https://myhostname:2087/cPanel_magic_revision_1375219016/yui-gen/utilities_container/utilities_container.js

i have tried to force update CP twice and The WHM version is
Up to date (11.40.1.11)


what shall i do ?

Could you let us know the specific output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when WHM fails to load properly?

im sorry but im am not allowed to give root access to server as our network admin forced us
and the restriction is set for every one even cpanel support in our security guide line

is it possible for you to help me find out what is the problem and how to solve it in this forum with asking questions ?
im really sorry
but our supervisor is not reachable and i have to change some setting in server including cloudinux limitation

Have you tried using an alternate browser to rule out any browser plugin issues? Have you tried from another computer or connection? The fact that there are no entries in the cPanel error log indicate that it's possibly a local issue with your computer.

Hello you where right
there was a Browser issue
but i was tried 3 different systems ( with firefox on all of them)
now i tried chrome and everything seems fine !

hope i could find out what caused this problem in Firefox

i will try Firefox safe mode
