mistake changing IP address

I made a very bad mistake, I changed via root a users IP adress to an ip using by ns2... Now my server is down... how can I repair it as soon as possible?

Note that assigning a name server IP address to an account should not cause any problems. It's likely just a matter of propagation or DNS cache that resulted in the website not displaying.
