Mod Security errors

    ModSecurity: Output filter: Failed to read bucket (rc 70007): The timeout specified has expired

    ModSecurity: Audit log: Failed to unlock global mutex: Identifier removed

    Any ideas what this could mean?

    Nevermind solved by running upcp --force
