mod_fcgid PHP Signal 11

I see these occasionally:

[Sat Jan 26 00:22:16 2008] [notice] mod_fcgid: process /home/username/public_html/something/index.php(15866) exit(shutting down), get unexpected signal 11

Any ideas?

CentOS 5.0, x86_64
