mod_layout 5.1. duplicated content

I use cPanel and iPanel to offer free hosting service.
iPanel uses mod_layout to serve the forced ads.
On some sites I have duplicated content bug. For example here

Any ideas how to fix this?

Same problem here.

After installation of mod_layout and using suphp, the whole source code of a page gets duplicated.

Any idea on that???

From what we have seen this appears to be a issue with mod_layout and suphp.
