mod_lsapi apache restart too slow

Hello there

On mod_lsapi-enabled server, apache restart via whm takes too long.

No error records during the waiting period.

The command "service httpd restart" via ssh responds immediately.

Cpanel version 80.0.18 - Apache 2.4.39 - No cloudlinux.

Interestingly enough I'm not able to replicate this, I've tried on both a v82 (edge) and v80 server with instantaneous restarts. Curious if you restart queueprocd (hard restart) does this get completed faster through the UI?
