mod_perl and httpd.conf

    Its one thing to have mod_perl compiled and installed but it is useless without the httpd.conf directive thats needs to be added. So just because its installed on your server that doesnt mean it will work for your virtual domains unless you have the proper directive in your config.

    So, what does everyone have in their httpd.conf to enable mod_perl in a virtual domain? Something like this?

    Alias /perl/ /home/username/perl/
    PerlModule Apache::PerlRun
    &Location /perl/&
    SetHandler perl-script
    PerlHandler Apache::PerlRun
    Options ExecCGI
    PerlSendHeader On
    allow from all
    &/Location&
