mod_rewrite addresses (in .htaccess of individual accounts) not transferring

I've just finished migrating (xfer'd, DNS finally resolved etc), but it looks like the .htaccess files for several accounts do not resolve properly - especially the ones that use URL rewriting!

Is there a global way to fix this for all the accounts that are affected?
