    Is necesary mark in Easy Apache the "Symlink Race Condition Protection" when I use Mod_ruid2+jaishell?

    No, your initial option of protecting against these attacks with Mod_Ruid2 and Jailed Shell negates the need to enable that option via EasyApache. Please see this document to ensure you enable the required option in "WHM >> Tweak Settings":
