mod_security id changed???

    Has anybody noticed or is it only me that id's for mod_security rules have changed?
    rule id 960016 has changed in my server to 1234123444... is this normal? does anybody know why? is strange isnt it?

    I have checked one of our servers having version 11.36.0.14 and the modsec rule does not seem to be changed. Its the same 960016. Have you checked the modsec config file?

    Have you loaded defaults? I loaded defaults in another server and encountered the same issue!
