mod_throttle? failed to load?

    anyone install mod_throttle on cpanel server? i installed it by "/scripts/eashapache, check mod_throttle option". but it failed to start...

    Syntax error on line 222 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
    Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/ into server: /usr/local/apache/libexec/ undefined symbol: shm_open
    /etc/init.d/httpd start: httpd could not be started

    where does it go wrong?? any comments appreciated.
