    Hi guys,

I installed mod_throttle on my apache (PHP is installed as CGI + phpsuexec)
This is the directive I use to throttle output:
    ThrottleClientIP 64 Document 100 1m

This works for some time and then after ~ 10-15 min of running apache starts using CPU at 100% and load average jumps to 40-50 and no requests are being served. Apache can be stopped only with killall -9 httpd

Does anyone of you know what the problem could be.? I tried with different sizes from 4096 to 64 but still the same result. After some time apache goes crazy
