mod_userdir Protection

    Even if I Enable mod_userdir Protection and dont exclude protection for any domain name, it doesnt stop working.

    What can I do to prevent users accessing http://ip/~user/ ?

    i have the same problem

    my users are still capable of accessing their accounts even when mod_userdir Protection is turned on for all clients.

    what is the dealio?

    found the problem finally on another post

    i had to disable the DefaultHost (nobody) from having this and then all users were no longer able to access their sites via this.
