Modify an account - problems

Hello all... I am new to cpanel, and I am only a reseller. My host has been gracious enough to set me up with a reseller account, and has walked me through everything so far. I am pretty technical, although my background is wan design and engineering.

Anyway.. I was looking through the WHM documentation and came across the function &modify an account& under the WHM. I noticed I did not have this under my reseller accounts WHM. So I contacted my host to inquire about it. He has set it up so that I now have the &Modify an account& feature, but all I see as options are &domain, username, theme and language&

I would really like to get all the options as I have when I create an account, and that should be in the modify an account. My host is willing to work with me, but he does not know why this is happening.

So I thought I would read up and try asking around to see if anyone can suggest something that my host can do to allow me to see the rest of the functions under the modify an account.

tried multiple skins..

I tried all of the skins I have available and none of them work. I am currently using the XSkin.

Any other ideas ?

The options you are looking for are only available within WHM &if& you have root access. I may be wrong, but at this time and TMK, the Reseller WHM does not provide the same Account Functions as the Root WHM.
