I have moved the inquiry into a new, dedicated thread so that it may receive greater attention and also to reduce confusion between different issues discussed in the older thread of origin.

Please elaborate as to what exactly is needed to be setup; for example, are you needing to modify a sender whitelist in SpamAssassin, or are you needing to modify a sender blacklist in SpamAssassin?

For reference, the following is an example setup of a customized SpamAssassin user preferences "user_prefs" configuration file.
    • Example file path, where "username" represents the cPanel account login username:
      Code:
      /home/username/.spamassassin/user_prefs
    • Example file contents:
      Code:
      blacklist_from spammer1@spammydomain1.tld
      blacklist_from spammer2@spammydomain2.tld
      blacklist_from *@spammydomain3.tld
      blacklist_from *.spammydomain4.tld
      required_score 5
      whitelist_from friend1@friendlydomain1.tld
      whitelist_from friend2@friendlydomain2.tld
      whitelist_from *@friendlydomain3.tld
      whitelist_from *.friendlydomain4.tld

For additional information I recommend referring to the official SpamAssassin Wiki documentation as linked below:
