Modify quota save button disabled????

I have WHM 11.38.1 (build 13) and there are two sites with full quota, but when I go to quota modificacion the save button is in grey color (disabled) I cant click on it. Even if I change the value or set unlimited the button doesnt became active. Its an error at the whm code??

Is this happening on all accounts, or is it isolated to a specific user? Do you notice any error messages in the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when opening this option in WHM? Is quota enabled on your system?
