Modifying an Account

Hello,

I just had a quick question that I could not really find an answer to. I have a domain name with a big site. I was wondering if i could switch the domain name with the Modify an Account button in WHM? Would this just change the domain name and not the username/passwords for MySQL or anything else to that nature?

Or would I have to delete add the new domain name and migrate the data?
