I am writing a script to secure CPanel to support the community and help new admin's start off a little better security.

I have been searching through posts but haven't found exactly what I am looking for so sorry if this is a repost.

Basiclly I want to know how to initiate the following from the command line:

Turn on the tweak security options
    Enable php open_basedir Protection
    Enable mod_userdir Protection
    Disabled Compilers for unprivileged users.

    Disable Melange Chat Server

    Force https login to whm/cpanel

Prevent users from parking/adding on common internet domains. (ie,

Default catch-all/default address behavior for new accounts - blackhole

    Enable Shell Fork Bomb/Memory Protection

    Disable Anonymous FTP

I don't want anyone to provide or write the script for me, I would just like to know if there are already Cpanel built scripts or backend to modify these settings, or is there a generic config file for cpanel where I can search and replace these options?

Note: I want to completely avoid having to login to cpanel itself to change any settings, all changes need to be made as root from the console.

Thanks for your help Cpanel gurus!
