Hello. I am brand new at reselling and I am going through my first initial setup of my reselling account.

So far I have learned a lot about how to remotely link or add clients to my accounts, and setting up different hosting plans with package features. Next I will begin linking WHMCS to my server, but before I do that, I wanted to play around with the look and feel of my client cpanel.

In the branding section of WHM, I pasted a link in the help and documentation . After saving the changes I went back to the c panel and noticed those help and documentation links where nowhere to be found. I assumed those two links would add a support or help button so I wouldn't have to manually add one myself, so do you have any suggestions?

Again, I am taking this one small step at a time, so perhaps Its best to forget about it if WHMCS will handle support tickets e.c.t. I just haven't gotten that far so I don't know if a particular feature setup will be covered later on. Thanks for the help!

Hello,

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on a test system running cPanel 56. Could you verify the account is assigned the Paper Lantern theme? You can check the theme associated with a package via:

"WHM >> Packages >> Edit a Package"

Thank you.

Could you verify if the accounts you are testing with are owned by the reseller account you are logged in as when using the "Branding" option in Web Host Manager? If so, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look, as I've been unable to reproduce this issue on test systems.

Thank you.

Ah, Basic mistake. I overlooked the small footer at the bottom of the page.

To my eyes, the branding area for the help and documentation made it seem like it would add a more obvious button or panel to the Cpanel theme, so I didn't realize it was just the footer that was edited. Thank you for your help!

I'm happy to see you were able to determine where the links are modified. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
