    Hello folks,

Have some questions about ModSecurity Configuration.

In WHM -> Security Center » ModSecurity Configuration » Configure Global Directives, how do I:

    1. Install geolocation database
    2. Install Google save browsing database
    3. Implement Project Honeypot.

    Are there any instructions available?

Also, what's the advantage of installing geolocation database?

    Thanks for help.

    Hello,

The options you referenced in "WHM Home » Security Center » ModSecurity™ Configuration » Configure Global Directives" are intended for administrators that have already configured those features and simply need to define the path (or API key in the case of the HoneyPot feature) in the configuration file. This is outside our scope of support, but you may find the following threads helpful:

    mod_security and google safe browsing
    Blocking visitors from certain countries
    modsec errors

    Thank you.
