Modsecurity Rule for AWS Block

I am using Litespeed's Modsecurity ruleset in Modsecurity along with CSF and the other tools provided in WHM's security. Question, has anyone created a rule which blocks traffic from Amazon Web Services? I have already implemented an IP block for their IP ranges, however it seems to me that having a ruleset in Modsecurity would simplify things as I would not have to run that script again when the IP ranges get out of date.
