    Hi,
Is there a way to monitor what is being downloaded from the entire server ?

Like, files bigger than X Mb ?

Can you guys tell me if it is possible, every known way to monitor what users do in the server?

Note that I don't resell hosting, I have a web design agency and my employees only (and me of course) have access to it.

By downloaded, do you mean via FTP or some other method?

You could always have a cron that checks /var/log/messages for ftp connections and downloads.
