Hi Guys,
Is there a way to monitor the amount of email outgoing from my server?

We had an issue recently where an inactive wordpress plugin on a site we were hosting sent out almost 10000 email per day. Although this is now fixed it caused some serious problems for other people as our IP address became black listed and has taken almost a week to get fixed.

I was wondering if there is a feature in cPanel or even via the command line that would let me monitor suspicious email activity to help prevent issues like this in the future.
