Monitoring outgoing email

Hello

We want to have an option to do this scenario:
we have only 2 email account in our host and want to monitor on of email account that are using the webmail to communicate.our need is to see what email sent and its very important
I need to see the emails and have backup when our clients sent it , even when they delete from sent box.
Do you have any solution's?

My manager asked me to configure the server to send a copy of all incoming emails to his email without using cpanel Forwarders tool. I never heard about such method but he believes there is one. Anyone knows what method it is? Note: I have full access to the server so if there is something to do...

It's not free, but it's not overly expensive.
It will allow you to search by account, inbound and outbound, it has a configurable retention span.
And provided the email is not encypted, will allow you to view the content.
