It seems like EDGE releases kinda stopped on 9/9/2010.......... there are hundreds of very good feature suggestions that should be implemented and plenty of bugs to be a fixed when can we expect more EDGE releases?

Edge 11273 2010-09-07 09:17:58 was a large update of course, and the cPanel Conference is next week. I would imagine much of the cPanel Team is hard at work on that this past 2 weeks.
Nightly and BETA builds are ongoing almost constantly it seems. at least 2 dozen in the past 2 weeks I believe.
