Since the last cPanel upgrade (latest 10.9 build) the rulesdeJour cron job has been advising that
    spamassassin --lint -p /usr/mailscanner/etc/spam.assassin.prefs.conf failed
and spitting out a number of error messages about the config files. Running this command at SSH with the -D enabled prodiuces produced the identiacal error list, with no extra info. Somehow, I don't think learning to edit all those files and fixing this that way is going to help in view of reguiar upgrades. Is this related to the elsewhere mentioned SpamAssassin 3.2 upgrade problems, or is this something different?

And of course, a simple fix would be nice.
