I had setup urchin 5 and on WHM 7.4.2 cPanel 7.4.2-R127 But now it has stoped updating. I installed that patch that makes cpanel monitor and restart the scheduler before hand and everything was going fine for about a week. now when I execute runweblogs i get this

    ------------------------------------------------------
    Urchin 5.0.00 (redhat72) starting: 20030913 15:18:18
    ------------------------------------------------------
    Processing profile: xxxxxxxx.com

    WARNING: (7050-323-314) Starting automatic rollback

WARNING: (7054-323-343) Unable to restore databases since backup does not exist

    ------------------------------------------------------
    Urchin 5.0.00 (redhat72) finishing: 20030913 15:18:18
    ------------------------------------------------------

And urchin will not display stats from the last 3 days. Any one have any Ideas on how I can get urchin to start updating again ?

    Thanks
    Mike

same problem here. Urchin says it should work with Cpanel8, but nobody tells me why.

Now looks like urchin is only working on cpanel EDGE...

I wonder when it will go to Release

PS: If it would go to R-elese cpanel version i would use R cpanels..

I am having the same Urchin problem too and I love Urchin stats! I like to stay stable but I will do whatever is necessary to get my Urchin working again!

I guess I'm going to have to try upgrading. I think I'll try going to a Release and if that doesn't work I'll go Edge. :/

I hope someone from the cPanel team can provide us with a reason why this is happening. Everything worked fine when I had Urchin 4, but when I upgraded all hell broke loose. ;/

Ok, just installed 8.4.0-S87 and Urchin is still giving me the same damn error...

    ------------------------------------------------------
    Urchin 5.0.01r2 (redhat72) starting: 20031001 02:01:11
    ------------------------------------------------------
    Processing profile: rwjd.com

I am stumped. I can run the update manually by doing /usr/local/urchin/bin/urchin -p rwjd.com and it seems to update things fine, but when I run the /scripts/runweblogs and enter the users name, it gives me the error.

    Any suggestions would be appriciated.
