Hello friends,

I do not know if this is the right place to post this question.

I currently have multiple servers running cPanel, these servers are 100% SSD. Due to the limited space provided on the SSD, I wonder if it is possible to mount a HOME2 partition through NAS (NFS) services. (ovh.com/us/nas/)

Moving an account to a home2 mounted via NFS would work? Does cpanel work well with home on NFS?

I researched a little and I did not find much about it here in the forum.

Thank you.

Hello,

Here's a note from our installation document regarding the use of network filesystems:

We only develop and test cPanel & WHM on filesystems that support flock. Some network filesystems (for example, NFS) may require additional configuration in order to function properly. However, these configurations are difficult to implement successfully and we do not support them.
Thank you.
