Move a whole whm to the next server

Hello i plan to backup a whole whm data to my new server but how to do this it seen alot of function in backup configuration. And the special thing i want to disable all cpanel login for a while but i want to make sure all website are live normally only cpanel user are disable to login. thz

As far as blocking cPanel access, you could deny access to cpaneld via the host access control option:
